There is a forum right here on RCU for Nitroplanes customer support. I received a crushed wing panel on a Nitroplanes ARF and once I got ahold of the right person it was no problem at all. My new replacement wing came in the mail "pronto Tonto" no questions asked.

Send an email to RCU member "nitrostaff1" politely stating your complaint. John is a company rep for Nitroplanes here in the USA and he will get you going. Stick with the facts and leave your emotions out of it and you will definitely get a reply from John. He has more pull than some tech support phone guy in HK/China.

Hey Speedy where the truck have you been, All I have seen lately is renegade Injuns without a Paleface in sight and I thought I had to hold up the Fort with just this dam slingshot.
Honestly NitroPlanes and Xheli have probelms with bad products at times but for the most part they are True Blue To Customer Service and stand by what they sell and will go out of thier way to correct probelms.
