I've had bad product from Horizon(over 50 complaints on RCGroups of the same problem and they stood by that the there was nothing wrong with their product, all those pilots just did not know how to fly), Hobby Lobby and Tower.
The difference is whether they will admit that there IS a problem and do something about it.
Of those 3 Tower said sorry and went beyond itself to make it right.
