RE: Nitroplanes.com Absolute worst C/S
I do feel bad for the kid who is not flying do to Nitro's wrong doing, or is it Nitro's. I also know that when I order anything from the internet or a store, I always open it and check it out before the delivery guy leaves. If there is any damage I refuse it and its always replaced. Nitro may not be the bad guy here but the shipper who brough it to you, after all Nitro didnt bring it to your door. I am in no way defending them, just simply bringing the other element into the customer service that was brought up. Perhaps you should call the shipper and try to get resolve from them.
