Just a question . . . .

Did you not have an indication on what the price would be when you ordered ?

If not then all well and good for being shocked at the price, but should you not have asked first.

If you did know the price, then what can I say . . . . .

Why don't people shop around before comitting themselfs to a sale. After all the first quote you get for any service should be looked at in detail before parting with cash.

I wouldn't blame BVM. I think it is like anything. If people as stupid enough to accept the price on sale of goods, then who can blame them.

P.s. I get my bolts by the pack of 100's or 1000's as required only 5 miles away.
