OK, here's a viewpoint.

The word "cheat" has been dispensed here. I think that is extremely unfair. Who is really now getting cheated? The buyer admits he never asked the price, something he should have done. He is now going to return items, and BVM is going to have to take some time and effort, which costs money, to accomadate him. The buyer then goes on the internet and complains about the whole thing, attempting to damage the reputation of the company.

It's OK to not be happy about the price, but don't you think simply calling BVM, returning the item, and moving on would have been more appropriate then publicly attacking them in this forum?
