Pictures always help, if you have tried the ailerons in all the channels of your receiver, like plug them into a slot you know that works, and they still do not function? Trace the wires back to the servos themselves or remove them entirely and make sure that all the inline connections are good.

There is a chance that there is a problem with the Y harness, you can plug the individual servos into a slot on your rx and make sure they work.

If you can not get anything to work in the slot for the ailerons this is a rx or tx problem and the vendor should be contacted.
