I took your advice and changed the reciever connections around and I did get one aileron to function. I then put everything back into the proper position and it would work a little, stop, work a little, and then stop again. But I couldn't get both ailerons to function at the same time. I had to switch which port they were connected to in the Y-connecttion. So, I assume that one of the ports in the Y-connection is faulty.

I'm not sure if this matters, but I'm using the battery with the charge it came with. I assume they don't ship them fully charged, will this make this type of problem occur? The motor definetely works fine though, it's quite powerful. Leading me to believe there should be enough juice in the battery to operate the servos correctly.

EDIT: I connected each aileron directly to the receiver and they both work great. I am now 100% sure it's the Y-harness. Thank you very much for your help, PhoenixanAngel! I'll be contacting the retailer shortly.
