I would expect the motor to be okay up to about 15A if the parts have been put together as any kind of match. That would make it suitable for a small foamie. Guessing a prop somewhere around 6x4 or perhaps 7x6 on 2s... but it is just a guess since we know so little about it. If you have a wattmeter that would be a reasonal place to start IMO. If you don't have a wattmeter you could buy one with the money you save on the deal....
