THere are a ton of these on ebay cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll "<span style="font-size: medium;"><u><font color="#000051"><font face="Times New Roman"><u><font color="#000051">Airplane 1500 KV Outrunner Brushless Motor20A ESC"</font></u></font></font></u></span><u><font size="6" color="#000051"><font face="Times New Roman"><u><font size="6" color="#000051">
</font></u></font></font></u>
Anyone know anything about them?
Recommended size of prop?
What size plane?
Reliability / longevity?
Buying HKfrom Ebay is always a bit of a crapshoot but if there's a lot of + feedback, there's a good chance it will probably work. It's a cheap combo but I'm wondering what I'd need to put it in?

I don't worry about the shipping cost. Everything from overseas forget the breakdown and figure the net. $2 + 16$ shipping is the same as $18 with free shipping. They just figure out what it costs to send one envelope and calculate the net.
Without some more specs thought, it's hard to figure out what it is good for.

I would expect the motor to be okay up to about 15A if the parts have been put together as any kind of match. That would make it suitable for a small foamie. Guessing a prop somewhere around 6x4 or perhaps 7x6 on 2s... but it is just a guess since we know so little about it. If you have a wattmeter that would be a reasonal place to start IMO. If you don't have a wattmeter you could buy one with the money you save on the deal....
Then YOU could be the one writing up the report!
