If I was going to pick an engine that weighs 33oz for 3D, it's be a YS1.40, Saito 1.80, or a 120AX.
That said you can 3D with that engine on the right airframe. If it must be an ARF, your choices are very limited.
The Fusion from OMP would be one I would choose. It's a great flyer that excels at 3D and is decent at pattern.
