Yes,... they looks straight aligned if i move all to one side, but nobody knows what is behind

In the meantime i read the User Manual and i found following recommendation:

"...We recommend to mass balance each elevator with 45 grams of lead in the balance tabs...."

Has anybody done that and how ?
