I understand now, thanks so much for the picture. You mean to slip the fuel tubing over both ends. I was thinking of filling the gap around the needle instead.

I may try a wrapping the threads with some teflon tap, simply to thicken up the thread so it's a tighter fit. Have you tried this?

I'll be sure to take a look at the exhaust tonight...
