The reality is that because the ailerons are easily effective, the airframe won't impart much load on them.
Another way to say it is that it's easier to roll the plane than turn it.
The surface area is not the determining factor.
thanks, this makes sense...ALE input doesn't change direction of centerline of the plane...Newtons law, objects travel in straight lines, whereas RUD and ELE change direction and counter this inertia....so I think I now have my answer now and will put 178oz on ALE...just rely on grade 12 physics !!
