My standard setup for d/r is


low rates - 35 % - Aileron/ele
low rates - 25% -Rudder


High Rates - 70% Aileron/ele
High rates - 50% Rudder


Works like a champ .. Then you can fine tune to your liking depending on the model.


Glad to hear the ST and Cap are a good combo.
