No way is this acceptable. I would dispute it with the credit card company, and you'll either get your money back, or at least their attention. You have done what you can as the consumer to let them correct the problem. You've exercised patience and understanding being that these things sometimes happen. However, there is no way that I would spend $600 and then have to make repairs. Just not happening!
