RE: T2A MK 4 INFORMATION NEEDED
Hi Ed,
OK I see someone else pointed out the engine cut out. Mine was done that way was using OS 95AX and a Jett muffler. It fit just fine in there, but that YS 110 would be a fantastic combination. As far as the pre-sheeted wing and stab cores, not sure who did them , but when I bought mine down in Perry GA two years back, it looked exactly as shown like the one for auction, right down to the bulkheads. The shipping label on my box was from GA in 1999. My fuselage was white, like a gel-coat almost, but no CF in the rudder. I strongly suggest you consider making it a fixed gear taildragger with nice wheel pants. Looks great, simple and a no affect on how it flew at all.
All I can say is it is a fantastic flying plane and if you need any help let me know. Unfortunately mine was too short lived. I lost mine this past spring, still not sure what happened. I was doing a humpty bump, and it never came out at the bottom and I had plenty of altitiude. I think the battery may have possibly unplugged , but will never know for sure.
