I dont know of any as 7.2 volts seems to be an RC vehicle voltage. I don't know of any thing else that uses 7.2 volts. The efficiency thing isn't gonna matter that much here. Just make sure it can handle at least 7.2 volts. Mine are all 12 volt fans, they just run slightly slower thats all.
