The aluminum backplate spinner is what the above link is. I first used the the plastic spinner with aluminum back plate some years ago to help a forward CG I had. I found that the aluminum back plate spinners didn't slip like the plastic back plate spinners. I now use them on all my planes and have had no issues. Good spinner for the money.
