OK, early mid 43 tanks were typically painted grey to begin with then yellow patches of camouflage were used sometimes with green latter the order was given to paint tanks yellow with green and brown camo sometimes this order was not followed to the letter so some units were still grey with yellow and sometimes plus green camo sometimes they were just yellow or had either green or just brown camo sometimes they had the full 3 colour yellow, green and brown pattern it all depended on what paint was available and the unit so it’s still very complicated during this time period.
