I got plans of it years ago from John Pond. I would guess that AMA now owns the plan.

Update: Checked AMA site. They have both Snappers. The Southwestern Models version (24" span) is $6.00 and is AMA plan #25092 (Pond #45B4). I noticed that AMA offers a second set of a plan for half-price so you can have one for reference and one to build from or cut-up, etc.
