I have a 450 pro with a 60 amp E-flight esc, a new Align motor and 2200 mah 30 amp batteries with a 60 amp burst. The problem is when I go into a hover for the first time on a fresh battery it starts surging like it's hitting the low voltage cut off. It only last for about 20 seconds and then flies normal till the battery is low. I just finished building it and all the electronics and batteries are new.
