The pictures at he beginning of the thread show my first experiment on the subject, and yes, the capillary tube was glued to the bag, but later tests showed that it was an error, because when the bag is full of water and the pump keeps on running, pressure grows to "dangerous" levels, so the bypass system alleviates this.
