the plans call for the standard 0,0,0 incidence. would the slow flight characteristics improve if I gave the wings positive 1 degree in relation to the stabalizer set at 0. I plan on using this model for smaller field and wondered if this would slow it down a little on takeoff and landing. thanks.

Changing the incidence wont change the stall speed, it'll just change the speed that it will lift off and land at in 3 point attitude. The lift off is the only one that is fixed since you can't force the main wheels into the air with up elevator to increase the angle of attack during takeoff... however, takeoff isn't usually a problem as far as field length, and the landing roll won't be affected by changing the incidence.... You can simply land tail first instead of 3 point. Another option is to use larger tires or longer gear legs to increase the attitude sitting on the ground instead of changing the incidence of the wing with relation to the fuselage... same net effect with no bad side effects to the aerobatics that would result from changing wing incidence.
