I have a new Composite-ARF Extra 2,6 m and I think the 10% dif. between up- and downthrows ( on the aileron) that the instruction says can´t be right.
My Extra is not rolling nice when I use these throws. Has anyone got it dead on right???

Make sure you're using 10% NEGATIVE differential... That may be your problem.. You want the "down" side to go down 10% more than the "up" side.

Thanx John. Yes I have more down throw than up, but the vertical rolls look like crap. Of course I can try different amount of % but I use Hitec programmable servos and I already have max ATV on my radio so I have to reprogram my servos. I would be extremely happy if anyone had a number that seems to work so I only would have to programme she servos one more time. YES I´m LAZY

Zeb.. I had mine set at 10%.. Then I tried 11% and 12%. I went back to 10% for the most axial roll and it worked best there. Are you setting your end points on the high or low rate?

Zeb.. I'm not sure what to tell you. By the way you've described your setup, it should be correct and negative 10% is the magic number. Or at least is was with the 2.6's I've flown.

Nope.. Started with 10% and then adjusted just for the fun of it to see what it would do. Rolls were ALWAYS better at the negative 10% setting.
