Default Advance Ratio and Efficiency

Hey all

Does anyone know the equation(s) relating efficiency to advance ratio (at different pitch angles)

I know the curve is a quadratic and i'm using a curve from this website http://www.ae.gatech.edu/people/dsch...%203.pdf#searc
(slide 18)
based on advance ratios and pitch angles i've calculated but i'd much rather know the direct relationship b/w efficiency and J

thanks
