Default Aeroworks Issue?

Ok I cant listen to some of this stuff anymore or I'm going to scream. Here's my take. I have been non stop into RC for 39 years. Scratch built airplanes before there were kits. Flew IMAC for 12 years. Fly giant scale helis, giant scale planes and jets. I have built and flown airplanes from almost every manufacture out there. I have seen junk believe me. Just like for instance FUGI engines are gone you get what you pay for. If you buy 3W or DA you cant go wrong. People complaining about fuel tubing not coming in a Aeroworks kit, are you kidding? Do you want them to come build it to? Go to the hobby shop!!I have dealt with Rocco and Kim for as long as I can remember from Aeroworks. They have one of the if not the best airplanes out there. I currently own 13 Aeroworks airplanes and just passing 500 flights on my 50CC Yak 54. These airplanes are built great and far exceed almost all other manufactures. There planes look great and fly like a dream. They are one of the only companies that you don't have to throw all the hardware away. When I need another plane I simply call them. There are always small issues out of all companies control but if you call them they will always help. I have believe me talked to Kim or Mark for extended times on various questions and they never rush you off the phone or make you feel like your wasting there time. I suggest some of you go look at other planes and see how really bad they are. Just like CA. If you are not using a high end CA like ZAP then don't complain when your plane falls apart because you didn't want to spend the extra few dollars on a good product. I not only believe that Aeroworks has a great product I know it and support them 100%.

Well said! Whenever someone at the field ask me about this brand or that brand I will use AW as the bench mark. Are all of them 100% perfect? No! Even DA has quality control issues or bad parts every now and then. They are built by people after all.

There are men fighting for your freedom and that includes the right to speak freely and have a opinion different than yours .. If you do not want to listen don't .. I agree Areo Works makes some first class planes but I also have seen some unhappy customers that possibly could have had better customer service .. It has kept me from purchasing anything from Aero Works .. It is too bad because I think it is something that could be solved with out senseless arguing . The way I see it its not that they have problems because like has been pointed out ,they all do , Its what they are willing to do about it to keep a customer happy . Now I think one of the reasons they do this is to keep the price as low as they possibly can because no matter how you look at it somebody has got to pay for that customer service .When a wing gets replaced or a fuse or what ever , it costs money and somebody has got to pay ,(Same idea as shop lifting) .. .,so its a fine line .. Hanger 9 has the best customer service I have ever seen but they aren't known for cheap prices . I guess the idea is to have super quality control so you have as little returns as possible and then deal with it ..Aero works might need to bump there price a few percent so that they could afford to upgrade the customer service and also rattle the cages of the quality control dept ..Just reworking the quality control might do it because their price is already pretty high . I think Aero works has a lot to work with because they have many loyal customers but they need to pay attention to the grumbling of the unhappy few .. It bothers people , doesn't it ? It matters . Weather they are right or wrong is not the point . They are entitled to their opinion and they feel strongly enough to speak out and say they feel they have been treated unjustly . I wish Aero Works the best ,I think they are probably good folks .
