Airtronics Service Question
I sent my SD10-G to Airtronics to have the case replaced under warranty because the finish was flaking off (Kudo's to Airtronics!). It arrived on Tuesday March 10th in the AM. I was kind of expecting an e-mail saying that it was received, however as of today (Thursday the 12th) nothing. Are e-mails generally sent out when an item is received for service?

Not generally, no. Emails are generally sent out when a repair is completed.
If you can provide your name and zip code, I can forward it to service to find out the status.

The repair was completed under warranty and shipped on 3/19/2015.
It's currently in-transit via FedEx and expected to arrive on 3/26. If you PM me, I can provide the tracking number. I don't want to post it here, since it contains your location information.
