BTW - OldScaleGuy, I called the AMA because of the delay in receiving my card and was told that they contract out the mailing so, yes, it could take a little while. I was able to use my old card to join my new club, The Silent Electric Flyers of San Diego, and they were good enough to take that pending the arrival of my new AMA card.
