Thought I'd give this a lil bump with the mention that , like him or not , KE is a real aircraft hobbyist , just like the rest of everyone else out here . Whether or not I agreed with whatever he was discussing at the time , I always believed that HE believed in what he was saying , and that's what made him real . I can truly say the man never once seemed to me to be taking an opposing viewpoint just for being contrary's sake , like I see in alot of internet discussions , both here and elsewhere WRT various hobbies .

I was never a fan of KidEpoxy. It is possible to disagree, even disagree strongly, and not be a jerk about it. I'll admit that I've teetered on the wrong side of that line a time or two when disagreeing, but I try not to. I got the impression that with KE it was the other way- sometimes he messed up and said something meaningful without intentionally offending someone, but it was totally unintentional.

Not bored, not trying to cause a ruckus, I was just wondering what had happened to one of the most prolific posters in this forum. I see you took the time to comment so that says something.

My new year's resolution is to be more agreeable. So with that in mind, you are right...we should only come here to agree with you. Oh...you probably won't see this till next year but never to early to start.

Via some magic of the software controlling this site, this old thread popped up when I signed on. I miss KE's postings, often about absurdities in what we do; he made people think, and though clearly that was disturbing for some I still liked his take on things that affect us as modelers and provoking discussing of same. I'd like to see him come back - not so much for Red who has apparently been evicted or his sock puppet "wobblyflight.."

BTW I do remember when Red had two simultaneous accounts and when got confused and used the wrong one to reply to himself...FTS

Wow, haven't been in this forum in a yr or 2. Decided to stop in and take a look. Remembering all the 'vibrant' discussions here, I chuckled when I saw a thread dedicated to one of the regulars.

Carry On ....
