Guys, my name is Dan and I am from Connecticut. I am 14 years old. No adult in my club has come up with a way of making money. Can you guys help?
I thought today that the best idea is to get 20 tables and make it $15.00 a table to rent and you can put all of your RC equipment to sell.
This is open to anyone. I need help!!!![8D]

The problem though, Dan, is that RCU is an international site...Few people on RCU are close enough to actually attend...
There are many other ways of making money though... If you guys are really in trouble, you can just raise the membership bills. Try holding raffles, or fun-flys that you must pay to fly.
Good luck, Andrew

I never thought of FUN FLYS...It is the winter so it may be a problem...I wasn't really looking for people in attendance, rather ideas to get money...Raising the DIES would turn people off =(

I think the easiest way to make more money for your club is to sign up many more members. Have business cards printed up for every current member to hand out to the public. Everyone must know at least a half dozen people in their lives and meet many more on a regular basis. All they have to do is describe how much fun they are having flying RC airplanes, convey that to anyone and everyone they meet and then hand out a business card.

Is this for you to make money or the club? Is the club in trouble and needs more money? Maybe if we knew the circumstances it might help with coming up with some suggestions. Why the one month deadline?
