Well at least a few of them are sharing the flying chores. A couple that're flying in the 1st pix aren't in the 2nd, and a few that weren't are.
Glider guys usually bring more comfortable chairs.

Jeez, not only did the 1st picture clone itself into the 3rd picture, but the whole freakin' thread has also duplicated itself.

I have a new computer with a new mouse and believe me right clicking can be tricky
I think I will go back to my old mouse - I think the other thread was accidently started and that is why there are two of the same pictures - now if I can find a way to remove or delete the 'other' thread HELP!!!!

If they are not trying some formation flying, they must be a very relaxed bunch of glider pilots enjoying a nice thermal day. But why are they all on 72Mhz? Have any of them ever heard of 2.4?

I think they are playing musical chairs while flying gliders. 
No one that flies combat or warbirds ever uses a chair while flying.
