Default GP Pitts - Possible Problem!

I am in the process of building my GP Pitts and came across the following problem. The wood blocks on my top wing that accept the screws that hold the wing attachments are super soft. It was like screwing into balsa wood! The screw holes themselves were also way off the mark. I called GP about this and they are sending me a new top wing. (Great customer service!). Just thought you all should know this!

Happy Flying!
