Thanks gentlemen, Lots of great ideas to try. I have several planes and I don't have any trouble taking them off. This one is a real bugger. I especially like the toe in idea... gonna definitively do that. I am flying tomorrow. We'll see what happens.

Guitars and planes... can't beat it .. right Shadow? Well I had success !! I moved the wheels inward and had a pilot there that really helped me. Basically it was all the things you all told me. I think the key for me was to apply the throttle slowly and not rush it. Very little elevator then when the tail come up a small amount of rudder and she took off all by herself !! Thanks for all your help.

I am so glad you got your bird under control and are enjoying it now. A little prep/research goes a long way and would keep folks from throwing the towel early on some RC models.
