Does anyone know why the ARFs from AeroWorks sold by Tower Hobbies are marked "shipping restricted to some states" ? The same size airplanes from Great Planes do not have the same note.

This seems to be a little insane. Who makes this type of decision? I can understand concerns over cancerous chemicals, but a model airplane?

Just about everything has that label on it, (thanks to the babysitting CA legislature), and all these products are still sold in CA,,

tower,then they order it from AW. It's called
drop shippment.
