GP specify 65 oz.in all round, which fits the 9202 (70 oz.in) just nicely.
I think the 9001s are 54 oz.in, so are a bit marginal.
I've used 9202, 9204, and Hitec 5945 on rudder on a similarly sized model. If you will be really getting into the rudder, then the higher torque servos will make a difference. The 5945 felt like it could rip the horns out of the rudder, so maybe that was a bit of overkill.

Check this price:
http://www.servocity.com/Products/Hi...tra_speed.html
They're $5 cheaper at National, but you pay shipping.
www.nationalhobbbysupplyinc.com (this one and the 645mg isn't on the web page, but I stopped by and picked up a 645mg for my Lanier 540 Edge rudder for $35!)
They have Lustrecoat for $4.99 a can.
They only charge $299 for the Lanier 540 Edge.
Way cool.

I've used the Hitec 6 series on 60-90 planes. They're nice, but centering is not great.
Check out the Hitec digitals. How can you beat $55 for a digital servo?

I use one each on the rudder and elevator halves of a 20 lb, Brison 3.2 powered stinger. Good stuff.

Rick, yes you can just swap out the 4.8 for the 6.0, without any other changes. You get a little less flight time with equal mah pack compared to 4.8, so go with a high mah pack, like a 6 volt 1400mah. Daz...

The 645MG is actually a little cheaper than the 625MG at Tower, even though its the same servo with a little more gearing - slightly slower, but not enough that I can notice, plus it's all metal geared. I have over a dozen of them in use on 1/4 scale planes (Extras and Caps) and have not experienced a centering problem with them - trim doesn't change day to day or between flights.
