Default for flip 3d owners

I am thinking about purchasing a flip 3d for my messing around 3d plane. I'm not sure what kind of motor would be adequate for hovering, torkrolling, etc....I want to be able to pull out of a hover with ease and still have a low wing loading for 3d stuff if possible.
I know there is a bunch of people there that are flying one of these and want to get some inputs on your set up. Also on your set up. What would you change to make it more a 3d monster?

Thanks
santi

YS 63 would be a great motor for this plane. My friend flies one around on a YS 45 two-stroke and it performs great.

Shortman,

My thoughts exactly. I have both of those engines and either one would be perfect. The .63 can swing a bigger prop so that would be the ideal choice.

Gotta love YS!

I've seen one that had the fuselage break just behind the wing on a slightly hard landing. I've seen Four Stars and many other planse handle much harder landings with no damage. The Flip seems to be built very light, which makes sense for 3d. This is not intended to criticize the Flip. The pilot already bought another. He plans to send his fuselage in to see if there could possibly be a warranty adjustment available.
