Default GP Giles 202 Engine

I am building er I mean assembling a Great planes Giles 202. I have both a YS-140 and a Saito 182 twin. Which one is more suited to this plane? I have read through most of the threads on this plane and have not seen anyone putting the saito twin on it.

Thanks
Dwight

I have used the YS140FZ in my Giles and it flies great on 15% fuel. It will not give you unlimited vertical. I think the twin would do that. If you run 30% nitro in your YS, it may also give you more vertical!

Default GP Giles ARF Engine?

How would a 2.4 gasser do in this plane? Is it too much? What mods would be necessary? thanks wc

If you put an access hatch in the tail to install everything except the throttle servo it is great. I have put about 10 oz in the tail to get the balance at 9.0-9 1/8 of an inch. The plane flies GREAT
