Default Help with wing setup for Ultra Stick 60

I am having trouble setting my ailerons even across the wing. It looks like the left wing tip is up higher than the right. The wing itself looks straight. You can see in the first picture the left aileron is down a little from the wing tip but the next picture taken from the other side shows the left aileron and flap up when viewed from the right side. I noticed the wing on Suitcases 120 US was the same way. We just averaged his ailerons in the middle and we going to try it.

Got a heat gun? Heat up the aileron, top and bottom while twisting it in a slight reverse bend from what it is now. Hold it till the ultracote cools a little. Check the results. Idealy, the correct amount of heat would be just enuff to release the glue and let everything shift just a little.
