How well does theis plane harrier and hover ive read reviews but they were a little vague.

I was looking at this plane or the Exicite 90 when I get my taxes back. I was wondering how well it flew?? I have read the reviews too and they did not give straight forward answers. It seemed they skimmed the surface.
