I don't think it's a slam. I hate to slam anyone. We are just warning others of a bad business. Beware! Five months ago I got blindsided on a huge shipping charge and then canceled a back ordered part. Last week I received my canceled order with my credit card charged. I can't get a hold of them. No one answers the phone, faxes or returns calls. Their answer machine says it's march 5th and they won't be back until march 8th and today is the 12th. Sounds to me that they skipped town.

March 5th was a friday and the 8th was a monday...you think maybe they don't work weekends?

Ah....Backafter30, doing a little name calling are ya? Well my post was giving my opinion about the service at DPM, with the hope that maybe they'll do something about it. There are hundreds of complaints on RCU about DPM. You are entitled to your opinion also, but I don't feel it's necessary for you to call me a jerk or say I'm being an idiot.

That was Friday the 12th when I called. I guess I wasn't clear enough on that. You think they could update their message by Friday?
I finally got through on the phone today and resolved my issue with them and I do appreciate that they will credit my account. Maybe we are getting through to them.
