CapX and Chief Aircraft
Has anyone ordered a CapX from Chief? I noticed it is the same price as on Chip's site, but they include shipping.

Mike I have ordered from Chief a Pitts Bipe and no tax or shipping. Shipping on these large models 16 or 17 dollors plus tax. Chiefs a great buy.

Ive only bought from Chief once, a Dave Patrick 540 EDGE. They knocked 20 bucks off the $449.00 list price and shipped it for free. I thought that was a pretty good deal considering the size of the carton. It took up alot of room in the FEDEX truck that dropped it off.

I've ordered from Chief probably 5 or 6 times, and always had a good outcome. Free shipping on a large ARF is nothing to sneeze at!

I just ordered an Hangar Super cub from Chief and he is giving a great deal over $100 cheaper than horizon and free shipping. You can't beat Chief on large ARF purchases.

I ended up ordering the plane from Chip's site. Just came in today. Uhhhh I should have ordered it from Chief. Shipping was $35! Ugghhhh. Oh well, time to start assembling.
