Im having a problem securing lead to the firewall of my Skyraider Mach II,I had some double sided tape
but as it got warmed up around the engine and being 98 degrees out the tape glue got soft and the lead fell
off in mid air...anybody have any suggestions to what will hold the lead..CA or canopy glue or something else?
Also,I used a yellow colored fuel line that seemed to get hot and melt at the muffler...is this type of fuel line suppose
to be used with Glow fuel and heat?[

Reagarding the lead.. Can you drill a hole through it and screw it to the firewall ?...
I usually use one long engine mounting bolt on the front of the engine and then if
I need small amounts of lead I drill out the lead and put it on the bolt... This puts
the lead about as far forward as possible and makes full use of the weight...
