Am building a 4*40 ARF and putting a Magnum XL52RFS 4 stroke. The problem am having is getting the throttle cable to line up with the throttle arm. The fuel cell is right were the cable needs to be. Do they make a extension for the arm? Any suggestion would help.

brittgo6,
What you do is let the throttle pushrod exit the fuselage where it is supposed to, extend it out beyond the carburetor an inch or so, then put a 180 degree bend in the pushrod to line it up with the throttle arm. So in the end the pushrod actually connects to the throttle arm from the front of the engine. Easy to do and works very well. I wish I had a picture to show you what I mean. Hopefully this helps you out. Good luck!

I'm not positive about magnum carbs, but on my saito's turning the carb around 180deg will some times simplify installation. I dislike the using cables , I use push rods and belcranks with my 4 strokes. I don't have a picture of the setup, check tower for a Dubro 4stroke throttle kit.
