Dose anyone know when Airborne models (World) in Livermore Ca. will have their yearly sidewalk sale?

When you find out let me know. I'd make the trip; we can carpool if you like.

I have a big Buick wagon and a 4X8 trailer to haul all the goodies back, I was there last year.

I got my check book.

Around what time was it last year? I never heard of them having a big sale, didn't even know they were there. I know Hobby People always have their big sale at the same time of year, went to a couple when I was in San Diego.

It was at the last moment last year when I found out about it and had little time to prepare but made it, it was around this time but can't remember the date.
I'll call them latter.

I just talked to the honcho at Airborne and there will be no sale this year due to business being so good and having no time to prepare. Maybe next year.

Last year they had returns, scratch & dents and slow movers plus odds & ends like nib and returned wings & fuses of all kinds, I got a pair of like new GS Miss A. wings for $10.00 , nib Fun world 3-D wings for $20.00 , a nib 60 size Spitfire for $150.00, a GS Rockwell P-51 for $225.00 and a Combat 25 ZERO built but never flown for $20.00.

FLetch and I should drive down to Minden and jump Carlos. just kidding
