World Models Super Stunts 60
I just got me a new World Models Super stunts 60 and WOW is this thing big. It is hard to picture how big this thing really is until you start to build it. The plane looks to be typical quality from world which is excellent. This is my 5th plane from them and all of them have been really good. This thing has an 80 inch wing that can break down into 2 pieces for easy transport and the fuse has a removable tail. With 1330+ sq inches of wing it should fly great. The specifications call for a 60 size 2 stroke or a 70 size 4 stroke but I think that this is too small of an engine for this beast. I am going to install an OS 120 4 stroke on it and convert it to a tail dragger. The fuselage looks like it needs to be beefed up also to accomadate the extra power. Over all I am very happy with this plane and can't wail to fly it. I will post some pictures as soon as I take some.

Put that .61 on the .40 size. I am finishing mine right now with a Saito .65[X(] I had one a couple years ago and had a blast with a crummy .46la. I got this one for my son as a decent trainer, it will do anything you want.
A great model for $95!

Flew mine with a GMS .76 ringed. Was not lacking in power. I highly advise adding some triangle stock along where the fin meets the fuse. This was the weak spot on mine. Had the entire fin rip off during a power dive.

You joke, but a year and one month ago on September 27 I had a fire that threw my wife into labor and she gave birth to my daughter Emma on the 28th. When I was cleaning up from the fire hose my wife said I needed more room and was allowed to have the other half of 1900 sqft of basement to convert to airplane shop! I will post some other pics later of the wonderful space she has allowed me to occupy. My hero is still dickandiane. His wife lets him upstairs![X(]

Vic ... now that is an interesting way to induce labour! So it was your plane working area that caught fire? I got to use my dining table in my apartment, so I eat in front of the TV. I guess I do not entertainment much. My gf always insists on buying me RC stuff (engines and planes), guess she rather I play planes than go for karaoke sessions at the pub and meet some 'guest relation officer'!

Been there, done that. I had both the 40 and 60 SS, which IMHO really should have been called 60 and 120 size instead. Converted both to tail dragger. Magnum 75 2stroke and Magnum 1.20 4stroke for power, respectively. Had an Irvine 53 on the 40 SS initially, and it flew very well indeed. Then the Greek God of Overpowering came callin'...
I did a lot of extensive modifications on the SS60. Look here if you care for the details:

Fun project, very good flying planes, and mighty excellent bargains.
