Hey peoples,
I've been flying my CMPro extra 300s 90 with an OS1.08 for a few weeks now, and i really want to change the set up of the plane but i'm not really familiar with the causes of some of the things i would like to change. I have adjusted the right/down thrust now so its fairly good on up/down lines now. The main thing i want to do is set the plane up to fly more like say a small pattern style plane, i.e. i flew my mates Freestyle Rush the other day and i understand that the size/weight ratio is what makes the freestyle fly the way i like, but i was hoping that by maybe pushing the tank back to the CG and fitting a pump it may have similar flight handling to that of the Rush?? I dunno, but whats the best things to do to scale aero plane to get it flying very well? Thanks james.
P.s. I should also note that it never wants to sit down on landings either.. no matter how you bring her in she always wants to try and bounce.. even on the best of landings with my mate with 20 yeasr experience flying masters it still wants to try and bounce? What could cause this? He suggest to not run a Y-lead for the aileron servos and run two channels to allow for positive flaps? What will this do and what effect will it have on approach?

Thanks mate, i have a feeling its the wing loading... as the plane is a bit heavier due to running the OS 1.08, i am also running dual elev servos with 4*40's rod's all round to so it is heavier than normal, but i don't believe the box weight specs anyway they seem to be too low. The CG is right.. i balanced in on recomended, leaving it a fraction nose heavy for the safe side.. i might bring it back a tad see what happens?
