Default Vector Flight Edge Control Throws

I am hoping to maiden my new Vector Flight 66" edge 540 very soon. My question is about the amount of recommended elevator throw. 3/8" on low, 5/8" on high. When set to these amounts, it looks to be not enough. Any experience out there?

I have not flown mine yet.... but from what I have read....it is very touchy on the elevator........

fly it at the recommended throws for the maiden...and if it isn't enough...then add some throw..
