Should T28-Pilot buy the new H9 Taylorcraft or just continue to whine about the fact that he doesnt have any good planes......

Mike is gonna complain no matter what....
it's just his nature. LOL
The Taylorcraft is one fine looking airplane but with the way Mike likes to fly are you sure this is a good plane for him? I've heard the Taylor can do some mean things with enough engine so who knows... why not, you got my vote.
Moki 1.8 or 2.1? I think a gasser would take all the fun out of it because it's a pretty light airplane. The guy I got mine from had a Webra 1.2 on it and I think it needs more than that for some real fun.

Buy a muzzle......
You should have seen QuiQui flying the H9 T-craft at the last Nall.....truely awesome. We all know that Mike flies like Quiqui so my vote is to buy the T-craft.
I hate Mike's plane's too.....I mean the best thing he has is that Lanier Edge and it is ugly......
BUY IT!

I even said I would put it together for him.
Wreck,
Saw a guy fly one last night with an OS 1.60. Looked real good.
He did say that it needed nose weight to balance though.
I would think a 2.4 gasser would be perfect. Mike already has a OS 1.60 and a Moki 1.8. Either of those would work.

In the purist sense of aviation, my vote would be definatly!
"Scale models" are the real thing, only smaller, and everyone interested in flying should have at least one.
I'm new to this hobby (or sport), and I'm starting with a trainer, but hope to move up to a scale model as soon as I feel comfortable with it all...
A "Taylorcraft", "Piper J-3 Cub", or the "Piper Super Cub" are all good "scale models" in my opinion.
I personally am aiming towards a "Super Decathlon".
Today I saw the funky (blue) "Rascal" which looks alot better in person than in print. That might be another good "high-wing" selection.
I am NOT into the 3-D thing, although the skills are interesting to watch, I just find it sort of non-flying... more like "hanging".
My vote: YES!

That's the one that was reviewed in RCM, and made front cover???
One of my fellow club-members has this plane.......I'd say buy it!!
It's one of the nicest planes in my club, and is very realistic.
It's a very nice plane, and even nicer with one of the engines that was mentioned.
Read the review in November RCModeler. The reviewer did a few things that made it very attractive.
