Hanger 9 T-34 Nose Retract Question
I have a H9 T-34 with H9 retracts. I was wondering if the nose wheel is suppose to STEER the plane via a servo. The manual says nothing about having separate steering via the nose wheel, but there is a link for a rod. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Hanger 9 T-34 Nose Retract Question
if you have to be asking this question, you may not be ready for the plane. yes, the H9 T-34 does have a steerable nose wheel. the rudder servo is also the nose wheel servo. the rod attaches to the other side of the servo horn (usually but not necessarily) and then to the steering arm of the nose wheel. make sure the wheel turns opposite the rudder so that when its deflected, the nose wheel and the rudder create an angle rather than moving parallel to each other.
once again, you may not be ready for this plane.
