Default Hangar 9 Ultra Stick 40 - 2nd question - Robart Hinge Points? Anybody done this?

It doesn't look, to me, like there's enough wood in the ailerons and flaps to actually hold onto a hinge point... unless maybe I use the 3/32" hinges, which Robart says is for 1/2A models. I'm trying to use the 1/8" hinges, which Robart says is for .25 - .90 models.

Anybody have experience with this?

I'm not sure I saw that on mine. I'm just finished one up. Well, almost finished. Im about 95% done. I used the hinges supplied with the kits. Seemed to fit just fine. Sorry, I know, I'm no help!

Hinge points are totally unecessary, use the CA hinges. I had one of these and the supplied CA hinges worked fine for hundreds of flights.

No other opinions?

Thought this would've been more common...
